A great design is one thing. But getting the finished result to match the plan — that takes hands-on oversight. Our site supervision service is for clients who don’t want to spend their days chasing contractors, putting out fires, or keeping tabs on a schedule. We’re on the ground, making sure everything runs true to the design.
As part of our site supervision, we: make regular site visits to monitor progress; stay in close contact with contractors, suppliers, carpenters, and installers; clarify details that don’t translate easily to technical drawings; assist with material selection and keep delivery timelines on track; monitor the budget and respond quickly whenever something needs adjusting or correcting.
The result: a smooth, stress-free process from start to finish — and a handover-ready space that’s move-in or rental-ready, with no nasty surprises along the way.
